Flowers and Plants: Return Policy

According to Ukrainian law, live flowers and plants fall into the category of perishable goods that are not subject to return or exchange (Article 9 of the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Rights Protection," Article 707 of the Civil Code of Ukraine). This is due to their natural property of quickly losing their marketable appearance.

How to file a complaint

If you received an order of improper quality, please notify us within 3 hours of receipt. To do this, use the feedback form on our website or send an email to .

In your message, please indicate:

  • order number
  • date of purchase or delivery
  • photo confirming the reason for the appeal

Please note: anonymous appeals, incorrectly specified order numbers, or messages with offensive language will not be considered.

Review of appeals

We review all complaints within 7 business days. Photos confirming quality must be taken no later than 3 hours after receiving the order. Photos sent later are considered at the discretion of the administration.

Keep your receipt — it is proof of your purchase.

Important nuances

Flowers and arrangements quickly lose freshness, so if you have doubts about the quality, notify us no later than 3 hours from the moment of receipt, attaching a photo. We cannot control storage conditions after delivery.

Please note: minor differences between the order and the photo on the website are not a reason for return or exchange, as florists may creatively change arrangements while maintaining the main composition.

Exchange and Return Procedure

To initiate an exchange or return, contact us using the contacts provided on the website and provide your order number. We will review your request within 24 hours and, if necessary, clarify details.

Upon confirmation, we will agree on the place and time of return. Exchange or return is carried out no later than 10 business days, and we cover the delivery costs.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 7 days from the moment of request confirmation using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
